At Segway Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn care experience. If your robotic mower isn't the right fit, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Return Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Securely pack the Navimow unit, charging station, and all accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Product

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and reset the internal software, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
